Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our international partner warehouses within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times and Rates To keep our product prices as low as possible for you, we ship our products directly from our international manufacturing partners.

Due to this direct-to-consumer approach, standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note: While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen delays due to customs or carrier issues may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes simple4u is not responsible for any specific customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
