Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at buiss5314@outlook.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo or video of the product in your email. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a suitable and fair solution. Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Inquiries and Buyer's Remorse To keep our prices as low as possible and reduce our environmental footprint, we process inquiries regarding exchanges or returns on a strict, case-by-case basis.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at buiss5314@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Our customer support team will personally review your request and discuss the best possible solution with you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To exercise this right and receive the necessary return instructions and address, you must contact us at buiss5314@outlook.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
